Is there any allowance that a trucking corporation can give

This answer was rated:

Is there any allowance that a trucking corporation can give an employee trucker that would be a 100% deduction on the T2 for the corporation? A meal allowance is only 50% deductible for tax purposes.
He can claim 80% if he is a long-haul driver.

Read this:

There are times when the meals can be fully deducted.

I suggest reading the page here which clearly lists when you can claim the 100%:

I hope that helps.

But if not your client should consult with an accountant.

I was asking if there was any allowance that would be a 100% deductible
expense for the corporation giving the allowance to the employee. A meal allowance is only 50% deductible for the corporation on the tax return -- is there another type of allowance that would be more deductible?

Sorry. It was not clear who your client is.

I don't know of another allowance that would be more deductible unfortunately.
