When a Canadian becomes a non-resident (of Canada) yet has Canadian sourced pension income, that income is subject to Part Xlll tax. Question: Is part Xlll tax annually (even after the person has not been in Canada), or is is Part Xlll tax applied only in the year one leaves?
Already Tried: Nothing.
