Hi,I have a business that I have been managing online through a home office. The business is starting to become profitable and I am considering buying an actual office for business.Assuming the business has enough cash to buy the office without mortgage, is this something that is allowed? In other words, if office costs $200k and I pay $200k will I be able to claim all this amount as business expense and deduct it from my taxes? What happens if I sell this office in 10 years? Thanks.
