In trying to prepare a joint 2011 return, my wife's income total if far higher than it should be based on her t forms while mine are roughly similar to my 2010. I have added them over and over again but cannot find the error. I want to now prepare two separate returns but each time I have tried I end up with a joint one. How do I separate the two and make two separate returns? Is that the best option?

She has w2?
Term not known
did she receive a W-2 form from her employer?
No , we don't get any w- forms. All our revenue statements ahve a prefis T, eg., T3,T5,T4RIF, etc
canadian?
Yes
what is the total?
of all of them?
did you fill out form 8891?
We seem to be working on different programs. There is no way a 'total' can be made and there is no form 8891
ok. What do the T's add up to if you total them all by hand? What "should" her income be?
Sorry, we're operating on different levels. We're running our of time so my wife is taking her files to HR Bolck here in Ottawa. Many thanks for your efforts.
