i am a us citizen with a provencial corporation in montreal, quebec which owns residential commercial property. I am filing with Rev. Quebec form CO-17 . Am i supposed to file with the CRA as well, if so what is the best online service to do this from , my business is mostly expenses with a negative loss carry over, as i have more repair expenses than rental income. for my 2nd question: i also would like to know how to treat the building and improvments depreciation, is this on a 27.5 yrs straight line. as in the usa. thanks
