if i want to create a foundation to financially help schools/communities/ children at risk/organizations etc, and also fund raise, aquire real estate to lease out to organizations, buy real estate to use as a short term retreat for children in crisis, and various other things. How would I register this entity without being forced to work within the 'box' of non-profit society? In other words as the vision is to think and act out of the box, what would be the best way to register? thank you.

yes I am still waiting for a answer, apparently they need more information before they can answer. not sure what else i can say except that the money to start the foundation would be private money and not loaned through an institutution.
