The tax question concerns a charitable gift. The CRA questions "ownership". They do not question that the gift was transferred to the recipient or the value just my ownership. Now they are reassessing statute barred years claiming I did not have clear ownership. This is over 10 years old so records are not all available. How should I respond?
Already Tried: Talking to advisor, lawyer who say wait for reassessment then file yet another notice of objection.
