My husband has been offered a position working in Iraq, but would be paid out of Houston, TX on a TCN contract (we are Canadians). Currently, my husband is employed by a Canadian company, but works and is paid out of Russia. Under this contract arrangement, he is eligible for the OETC. I'm not familiar with how TCN (Third Country National) contracts and the OETC work - would he still be eligible for the OETC under a TCN contract?
