i currently have a ltd. company in canada and have been investing in a manufacturing company in the philippines and plan to import the finished product for sale in canada, can i write off my investment against my current income? Company owes my shareholders loan, Can i take out the money and do i get taxed on the money the company gives me as a shareholders loan Can i take out a large amount of salary and place it into a no tax fund,ect?
