Hi k there was a flood in my building and so now we can't stay in our place nd our landlord is telling us to leave but we don't have ne Money right now but doesn't the landlord have to find us a place to stay for the mean time?
JA: Because laws vary from place to place, can you tell me what state the property is in?
Customer: Calgary alberta
JA: What are the terms of the lease? Any issues related to maintenance or upkeep?
Customer: We signed a one year lease but we moved to one of his other places and when we moved in this place wasn't in good shape like there were holes in the ceiling no cupboard doors nd just not clean at all

Customer: Ummmm ya he left this landlords notice to tenant termination of a periodic tenancy in my door yesterday

well yes but we have not yet signed another lease yet cuz he hasn't brought one but like this was the third place we moved to of his ND the other two leases say we r on the one year lease ,
ND it says the landlord intends to make major renovations to the residential premises of the tenant that require the premises to be Unoccupied
