I am in BC first off, what would be the legal ramification

Customer Question

I am in BC first off, what would be the legal ramification if on a court order one parent ( the primary care giver) denied the other parent to their parenting time ( which consists of 1 day per week) due to concern for the child based on the other parents mental health which that parent has disclosed to his immediate family members?
JA: No, you can ask a one off question to try things out.
Customer: Not sure what you mean
JA: Because laws vary from place to place, can you tell me what state the court order was issued in?
Customer: Province of British Columbia
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: Regarding the other parent? Or do you mean a filed court order, which would be yes
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, hopefully I have made it clear enough

Just to clarify, are you saying that the custodial parent wants to deny the other parent the one day per week visit because of safety concerns?
