I'm living in a metro housing unit where I am getting complaints about my cigarette smoke and this is NOT a non smoking building where do I stand?
JA: What state is the property located in? And has anyone consulted a local attorney about this?
Customer: i'm in Toronto Ontario and they are saying that they will take legal action after spending $300 on a Oreck air purifier
JA: What are the terms of the lease? Any issues related to maintenance or upkeep?
Customer: i'm in metro housing
