ontario we sold our property new owner suing over wet certificate we completed a wet certificate now they say it was not adequate and they say they want the chimney replaced on 100 year old farm house they want us to pay 10000 we installed 5 boiler system 5 years ago as the primary source of heat but they have decided they want to use a wood stove as there primary heating,
