My grandmother was verbally abused and intimidated by an

Customer Question

My grandmother was verbally abused and intimidated by an employee of her landlord. I was there at the time, overheard him, and then threw him out (not physically - did not lay a hand on him. Just used very professional and forceful - no swearing - language to make him leave).
Is there any way to bar this employee from ever entering her premises again?

I am sorry to hear this.

Did he enter without permission?

What did he want?

What did the landlord say so far?

Did you get a chance to read my questions to you? I cannot answer you in a meaningful way until I gather the appropriate information. There is no charge for us going up and back of course.

Thanks!
