Ask a Canada Law Question, Get an Answer ASAP!
Hello! My name is***** you for your question. I'm reviewing it now, and will post back again shortly.
Are you saying you got pardoned for the convictions you mentioned in your post?
Then when they do the search nothing will come up and so for sure you should go ahead and apply. You are a great candidate given your past experience with the disable person you assisted.
Does that answer your question? Please feel free to post back with any follow-up questions you may have. If you don't have any then I hope I have earned a 5 star rating but if you don't feel that I have please don't hesitate to reply back and let me know what more I can do to assist you. Finally, please know that even after you rate me I will be here for you and you can ask follow-up questions if you think of them later on at no further charge of course.
Because you were pardoned it should not come up.
And you were a youth.
And it was 40 years ago at least.
I just don't think it will come up at all.
I already answered.
That really doesn't make any sense.I already did the work and explained the law.
I should not have to wait to be paid when you get the results.I gave you the correct legal information but not a guarantee. Things go wrong all the time. That is one of the reasons there are lawyers to begin with.
For the site to hold my portion of what you paid them is not how the site works and is unfair to me. I should be paid when I've done the work just as you would expect if you were working. It's the first time in my 8.5 years on the site that I've had this response.
It's your choice of course but I feel you should receive my honest opinion.
