Customer Question

I was driving through Saskatchewan following a semi truck, a small car as we went through an area where there was 2 police cars and what appeared to be a tow truck.
I was stopped and told I was going 98 km then he gave me a ticket saying I was going 102km. The car I was driving had a transport tag and a Quebec licence plate. Why shoul he pick on me and let the 2 others go he said it's not my job to follow the others but to observe the law.
