Hello! My name is***** you for your question. I'm reviewing it now, and will post back again shortly.
I am very sorry to hear this.
What do you want to see happen and what is your specific question?
Unfortunately there is little that you can do when an employer is not fair if you want to keep your job.The only way you can redress this from a legal perspective is to quit and claim constructive dismissal which is a form of wrongful dismissal and sue for damages. If you want me to explain what constructive dismissal is I am very happy to do that.If you are not interested in quitting at this point in time then your best next step would be to try to go above your supervisor's head and seek assistance from someone as high up as possible. And one thing you should say is what you said in this post "I love my job." That is something employers want to hear.If you lose your job and it's not fair then you would be able to sue for wrongful dismissal. Please feel free to post back with any follow-up questions you may have. If you don't have any then I hope I have earned a 5 star rating but if you don't feel that I have please don't hesitate to reply back and let me know what more I can do to assist you. Finally, please know that even after you rate me I will be here for you and you can ask follow-up questions if you think of them later on at no further charge of course.
Is there anything more I can help you with at this point in time?
