I have been charged with two separate impaired driving

I have been charged with two separate impaired driving charges from the same incident. I have never been charged with anything in my life (I'm 44). I have no prior issues with alcohol that have come close to impacting anyone and am judged as not having any ongoing issue with alcohol. I have respected members in the community who can attest to good character and my voluntary community involvement. If I do not choose to fight the charge on technicalities (I have a moral objection to doing so), is it possible to approach the prosecutor to explore avoiding a record?

September 21, 2016. Impaired operation (by alcohol) of motor vehicle and impaired operation over 80 my% of motor vehicle. I blew .13. First court date is Nov 23 in Nova Scotia
