Customer Question

i have recently won 18,000.00 $ at the casion. problem is that they have apperntly changed the law as of Sept 6 2016 that you cannot claim any winnings if you have black balled yourself. I have been going there often throughout the years and have always recived my winning and spent plenty of money there. I had no idea about this law change and need to know what I can do. It is very upsetting as you can imagine.

Do you mean you signed something stating you were not permitted to gamble any more?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I did sign a disentitlement in 2008 but i have recived winning many times since then and never had a problem
Expert:  Legal Ease replied 2 months ago.

I cannot find anything about this new law.

Who told you it currently exists?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
the casino employees
Expert:  Legal Ease replied 2 months ago.

I cannot find a thing online about that.

I understand you signed the agreement which is binding but there is no new law that I can find.

Would you like for me to opt out or perhaps do you want to call them, ask for the name of the law and get back to me a bit later on?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
i have recived smaller winnings after this apparent law change as well. we are calling them now
