Customer: The wording says they propose to prepare a retroactive spousal support agreement. then it says We confirm that no further funds would be provided? this would help me show consistency of spousal support payments and assist with me qualifiying for my mortgage

I assume that your bank or mortgage provider is asking for this, so they have proof of your income and then you'll qualify for a mortgage?

The separation agreement calls for ongoing spousal support, right? Then that's all the bank should need. Have you shown the separation agreement to the bank?
