Customer: its about my brother and his ex awaiting court for abuse agaist him

In july 22 this year my brother was diagnosed with malanoma cancer her was let out of hospital on 25 on 27 his common law spouse had punched him in face in front of witnesses. the police had put a no contact order on him and awaiting court for abuse. now she had her lawyer put a paper in to crown saying he wanted to see his family so cown had lifted the no contact without talking to my brother or me fow whom i was power of attorny.he passed last friday now she is being a big problrm with funeral or abuse.
