Customer Question

Hello, I see videos on social media where one side of the story is heard such as racial comments. Do the individuals being recorded and spread across media not have rights. How can they post and share their one sided racial slurs. I agree we need to stop racism but always 2 stories. Physical one side and comments on another make no right here. But spread media of one is not right. How do you stop this crazy digital means to ruin a person. Thank you. From, Alberta

In the particular case you are thinking of how was the recording made?

Was the recording made in public or in somewhere private?

Did the person know he/she was being videotaped?
