I am sorry to hear of this difficult situation.

Why do you think this is happening to the employee?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.
Because employer does not want to hire that employee back and issued termination letter

So you believe there is a position but the employer doesn't want the employee back?

Why doesn't the employer want the employee back? Is it because of the employee getting hurt?
