my neighbor has concreted over the grassy area adjunct to my driveway .so now i have vehicles parked upside my driveway this in effect cancels out my home as a single driveway home, , can he legaly do this ? or is there some law preventing him from parking within 3 feet of my property ? secondly does this impact my property values? i may be worried about nothing but its affected our freedom of movement in as much as i have to move my second car to allow my wife to get in ,as he parks vehicles that close ,is this legal or do i have recourse to remedy this situation?just asking as im 86 year old and my wife is 78 in poor health and we dont need any aggravation,. i have a legal plan
