Hello, thank you for the question.

For what was he arrested?

Does he know any lawyers he can or will call?

Customer: replied 3 months ago.

OK, let's take a step back.

This is a US based website, not a law firm. The Canada Law experts are here to give legal information and recommendations. We can't represent anyone.

I'm an expert on the site. I'm not a site employee. I didn't take your credit card number, the site did.

Tell me what you want and I'll tell you if we can help. If we can't help, I'll tell you that and you can get a refund of your deposit to the site.

Did you get your issue sorted out?

If so, and you don't need to discuss anything with me, don't forget about your deposit. You can ask for it to be returned. Or if want to talk to me, I'm here.
