I have found myself in a mess. I ordered a "sample size" of their product, which I cannot use, broke out in skin rash. I have tried to contact this company, which never answer their phone. I have stayed on the line for almost an hour in order to be able to leave a message.
I told them my problem 3 times and they have never contacted me.
I have never received any additional products, however, I have been billed for their products as follows,
May 24th 2016 $137.23
June 19th " 148.62
June 21st " 133.74
How can I get out of this mess?

Are you saying that you most certainly did not receive products and their simply billing you as if you had?
