Hi Lawyer
My name is***** working as a Realtor.
I am a listing agent and the contract has been made April 3, 2016 and
It's firm deal.
However, the completion date is June 27 and there was a minor issues has been
found during the inspection. Therefore both paties has agreed following.
" The seller hereby agree to allow appropriate and adequates access, with appropriate
notice, after June 9, 2016 to the Buyer ( or the bUyer's agent ) with specialized tradesperson to work the black mold found during inspection in the attic space of the property. This remediation only include necessary spray and other works without any
change to the structure of the property. The Buyer agrees to pay remediation.
Furhter, I have all the letters bewtween two parties which they are not agreed.
Can I attached these letters so that you can understand our situation ?
