I am not following. Are you saying they are acting against medical advice?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
No medical advice has been given in that direction.
The 2 power of attorneys are nurses ( great nieces to my aunt) They have taken on the care idea that she would live longer without having alcohol.
Even though she had expressed that she no longer wants to live, especially after the death of her husband 4 years ago.She had wanted to die since the death of her husband 4 years.

I am not sure what you mean.

Is she mentally competent at this point in time in terms of making decisions about her care?
