Did the offer include a time frame for your son to answer?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
No the case was postponed waiting for video for 6 months. When his lawyer talked to the prosicuter he said they would be willing to drop the bodily harm and the today he said he reviewed it again and wasn't willing to now. He would have to report to a parole officer . My son's job takes him overseas and it the USA would he be able to travel if he accepts the deal
Expert:  Legal Ease replied 6 months ago.

I am sorry but in this case the prosecutor can take back the offer. There was no deal.

As far as the law of Canada is concerned he can travel so long as there is no condition imposed that he cannot.

I cannot discuss the law in the US but generally it is understood that he cannot enter the US with a criminal record.
