In Alberta, when a person signs s one year employment contract and after the contract term expires and the individual continues employment, is the contract considered renerwd for another one year term or is the contract deemed to be on aonth by month basis. Also if the individual were terminated after the contract expires is there any conditions that would limit an individual from seeking employment within the same industry day with a competitor
