Customer Question

AM I ALLOWED TO USE PHYSICAL FORCE TO THROW A BORDER OUT OF MY HOME WHO IS NOT COVERED IN ANY WAY BY THE LANDLORD TENANT ACT AFTER HE THREATENED AND APPROACHED ME IN AN AGGRESSIVE MANNER?
HE REFUSED TO LEAVE AFTER SEVERAL WARNINGS AFTER WHICH HIM AND HIS FAT GF ASSAULTED ME WHEN MY FORCE FAILED TO YIELD RESULTS.

Are you saying you asked the police for help and they would not assist you in having this person removed nor did they charge the girlfriend with assault?
