Customer Question

My son had ACL surgery on his knee 7 months ago. the site became infected shortly post surgery with a TB like bug and has been on antibiotics since. Literature states it is a nosocomial bug. He has had another surgery to open and clean the area . Now the Dr. is still worried and wants to replace a plate and irrigate it. He has lost 7 months wages. Should he push for some kind of remuneration?

I am not sure what you mean by remuneration. Are you alleging that the doctor was negligent?
