Can the Condo Board tell the Property Manager to charge a Flat

Customer Question

Can the Condo Board tell the Property Manager to charge a Flat Monthly charge for Parking on the Premises to a Suite Owner (not in a Visitor Parking Spot) but an open space where on the curb is the word painted "PRIVATE". These are sites owned by the Corporation and occasionally are sold to produce income. There are NO signs posted anywhere on the Property other than a "V" to identify where visitors can park on the pavement when visiting a Suite Owner.

Are you saying the spot is owned by the condo and they want to rent it out to an owner?
