So are you saying that you got overpaid, did not ask why, and are assuming it will is because you are about to be dismissed?
How long have you worked for them for?
I am sorry you are in this difficult situation.
If you are dismissed tomorrow there is nothing you can do about it.
After working for such a short time you are not going to get more than what they are planning to pay you for termination pay if you sue.
So there is no legal recourse unfortunately.
It is very unprofessional for them to have treated you like this so you are likely well rid of them, if that is any consolation.
