I am getting married at age 60 and want to know the following.
I own a condo with no mortgage owing, but I owe $80,000 on a line of credit not connect to the condo and I have $100,000 in RSP. This is all mine before marriage
The question is if I was to get married and it did not last what would become of the above if we were to get a divorce?
