Customer Question

My wife passed away Sept 29/15 .we were legally married just shy of 18 yrs. She was from a near by 1st nations .after she passed the general hospital morgue released her body to her family without my signature and without telling me what funeral home she went to. They simply told me ask the family. I told the lady at the morgue her family won't speak to me ,where is my wife's body she said they had to let the body go ,we can't let it turn to dust here do I have any legal rights here . my family had no say at all and weren't even told when or where the funeral was. They hid my wife's body ,we had to find out thru the newspaper. Do I have a legal case here
