Our daycare centre called us yesterday to suspende our two

Customer Question

Our daycare centre called us yesterday to suspende our two year old daughter for 2-3 biting incidents over a 4 month period. Today we have had to take off work, in also supposed to write an exam and now have not been able to concentrate. When we were called we approached rudely and also told there must be problems at home also a Dayhome would be better suited. She also noted that they cannot leave our child alone and unattended at any time (I would hope not, she is two) after the call we decided that they obviously do not have the skills or forefront for our child and feel that our child would be in harms way if we brought her back after being suspended ( which a two year old does not understand) so now we are being told since it was our decision to leave they will not return our deposit? So we are out childcare for the day and our deposit. Would like to know what route to take more or less to a show that you can't bully adults and maybe the facility needs and requires a check and a lesson regarding childcare.

How much are you out?

What does your agreement day about their right to suspend a baby?

Are they actually saying they expect you to send her back after their suspension ends?
