I signed up to a martial arts gym on a whim about two weeks

Customer Question

Hi, I signed up to a martial arts gym on a whim about two weeks ago however my financial circumstances changed soon after and I can no longer afford the payments. I have not attended any classes or used any of their services. Two payments of $75 have already gone through on my credit card. I would like to cease any future payments and walk away from the contract as I haven't and won't be using the dojos' services/product. Can I cease making payments, accept my losses, and walk away from the contract? Thanks for your counsel.

What does the contract say about cancellations or termination before the end of the term?
