Customer Question

I purchased a new vehicle on Wednesday night, when they ordered in my vehicle because it wasn't on their lot they told me they were ordering me in one vehicle but they actually received another one. I did take delivery of that vehicle but they told me they will fix the problem, since then they have been ignoring my phone calls and they've been brushing me off... what can I do?

So what you do first is go to them tell them your position.

Then send them a letter and have the letter hand-delivered with a s deadline of one day to meet your demands.

If that doesn't work you go to head office for the dealership.

If that doesn't work you can file a complaint with OMVIC:

http://www.omvic.on.ca/

And you can file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Branch:

http://www.sse.gov.on.ca/mcs/en/Pages/Complaint_Steps_to_File.aspx

If none of that works you can sue
