Customer Question

I have an 85 year old Mother who is slipping..although she would not admit it. She is forgetful, doesn't comprehend issues she used to, is not able to understand financial issues, doesn't pay her bills or pays them twice. I am concerned that she is a target for people to take advantage of her. She is wealthy and is currenty signing things she ought not to. I really feel she should have two signatures on any document she signs. How can we enforce this if she doesn't see the need for it.

Has your mother ever designated you under a power of attorney for when she is no longer competent ?
