I lost reciepts for my employee benefits so they checked out 2 claims that they said don't add up. They said they are sending me an overpayment letter for 1500 since I cannot prove my claims and one they think was false all together.
What happends to me? I'm so scared. They are sending a letter for overpayment but is anything else going to happen to me?

You should call the service providers and get the receipts and provide them at once so you don't lose your job or get charged with fraud.
