We just talked about giving out customer pricing. What exactly classifies pricing as confidential?

But essentially as I was explaining on that post, if anyone can get this information just by calling or online then it's not confidential. But if that information is only available to those who are employed by the company or are actual customers/clients then it likely is confidential.

If legal actiona are taken, what would they consist of?

It would be suing you for damages.
