Customer Question

I am a 62.5 years old women from Toronto. I worked for the past 26 years for the same company. Recently i got in a big problem at work and the way it goes i realised that 90% I will be fired. I have just 2.5 years to work until the retirement. What is the best choice for me in this situation? To let them fire me (by the way, I am not be able to collect unemployment because of the gravity of the problem), or to resigne by my self.
What about the early retirement do you think they will give to me?
Thank you for the information!
