I have been documented at work and all short comings

Customer Question

I have been documented at work for any and all short comings including taking time to help co-workers with procedural issues, taking time with customers and being helpful. I was addressed in impromptu meetings with no opportunity to prepare any rebuttal, and most recently I was suspended for 4 days.
I was made to feel like I was compelled to sign off on these accusations, I was not given any option, my manager and store assistant manager conducted the meeting, no minutes Were taken and no HR person was present. I wanted to know what my rights are this situation.

I assume that you are not in a union. Am I correct? How long have you worked there for?
