I noticed a notice of claim filed against me two years ago.

Customer Question

I noticed a notice of claim filed against me two years ago. I have yet to be served and have heard nothing about it. What can I expect to happen

Nothing will happen at this point in all likelihood. If you were not served they are now out of dating for serving the notice of claim and likely too late to start a new claim because of the limitation period.

Is there anything I should do or should I just ignore it?
Expert:  Legal Ease replied 1 year ago.
As this is from two years ago and you were never served I don't see there is anything to do.
