Customer Question

My husband has money invested in a credit union. He signed the release papers in April and they have opened an account for him to transfer the funds in to. Since then, the bank has given him excuses as to why the funds have not been transferred.
What can we do to get the money from them as we were suppose to finalize a sale of a house on Saturday but can not as the bank refuses to release his money.
