My elderly stepmother is dying and she had o children, what rights do i have to get many family heirlooms out of her condo. She hated my brother/sister and i. Do we have any rights?

never saw my dads will,but i know she had a life interest the condo. which is to be sold and money divided among hospital charity and people who i do not know ie her cousins, housekeeper
