Customer Question

Hi
My son in law works seismic based out of Calgary.
Enroute to rural Alberta he was involved in a vehicular accident. The police in attendance stated that he was not responsible for this.
Upon teaching Strathmore the convoy stopped and the manager informed him that he has been suspended and needs to remove his belongings from the vehicle and find his own way home.
My question is is this legal to "desert" the person and suspend him with no explanation.
Thanks for your help

Are you saying your son was suspended without pay so they can investigate what happened with the accident? How much did it cost him to get home?Is he still suspended now?
