I owe revenue Canada income tax and have been to sick for 2 years and can not pay as I have no income will they sieze my residence as it is the only asset o have I can't see anyway out of this thanks dale

I am sorry to hear this. It is very possible that they will seize your home. They could register a lien on the house and wait for you to sell it or else they could just seize it and have it sold. If there is not a lot of equity in the home they may not seize it but otherwise they could. It really depends on how much you owe and how much equity is in the house.
