Does it take a consensus vote among 4 siblings to sell family

Customer Question

Does it take a consensus vote among 4 siblings to sell family property. ie: Deceased parents house.

Who is the executor of the estate?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The executor is one of the 4 siblings. In this case the one that wants to purchase the house. 2 siblings are ok with this decision, one sibling is not.
Expert:  Debra replied 1 year ago.
Did the will specifically say that the four siblings get the house? Or does the will say that the four siblings share the entire state only?
